Forerunner Personal Catering Ltd, located in Dorset, has been successfully acquired by the corporate entity Canonbury Group in a deal brokered by Altius Group.
Forerunner Personal Catering Ltd specialises in providing hot meals to 23 primary schools across Bournemouth and Poole. Established in 1992 as a home delivery food service, the business has been operating in its current form for over 15 years, building a solid reputation as a trusted provider. The company delivers approximately 3,100 meals daily, with all dishes crafted in-house, and has become known for its high-quality service within the local community.
Following the retirement of the owner, Corporate Sales Negotiator Jonathan McElhinney identified a suitable acquirer in Canonbury Group. Both the selling party and Canonbury Group were pleased to complete the transaction ahead of the Autumn term, ensuring a smooth transition for the new owners.
