The assets of Lancashire-based TC Bibby & Sons contract cleaners have been acquired by Cleanology in a deal brokered by Altius Group.
Cleanology are “award-winning experts in commercial cleaning and facilities management”. They have coverage across leading UK cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. This has now strengthened their regional offering in Lancashire with the acquisition of the assets of Wigan-based TC Bibby & Sons.
The asset sale of TC Bibby & Sons (known as Project Spark) was agreed upon earlier in 2022 with completion taking effect in October 2022.
