Altius Group recently advised the sale of Urban Editions, based in Bristol, with Corporate Finance Executive Nathan Miller finalising the deal this week.
Urban Editions is a business specialising in bespoke furniture and delivers to various worldwide locations, mainly servicing the UK, Europe and the United States.
The expanding business provides clients with minimalistic furniture such as vinyl and media storage, coffee tables and TV stands, desks and console tables. The wide variety of furniture is made with the highest quality of sustainable hardwoods and all pieces are made to order.
After beginning to cement the business’s reputation, our client wished to emigrate overseas and instructed Altius in the sale of Urban Editions. After a successful marketing campaign, Altius was able to secure a deal that was 12% over the asking price for our client.
Urban Editions is the buyer’s first acquisition within the sector and was attracted to the business due to its growth and development opportunities.
