Operating for over 50 years, MacInnes Tooling Ltd has built an outstanding reputation in the industry, supplying high-quality metalworking oils and associated products, including belt skimmers, air operated coalescers, coolant mixing valves, and tapping oil. The business is a trusted supplier to over 400 active clients across the UK.
With the client looking to retire, Jonathan McElhinney, Corporate Sales Negotiator at Altius Group, identified the ideal buyer in Ajoe Partners Ltd. This marks Ajoe Partners Ltd’s first acquisition, positioning them for significant growth through premium products and increasing market demand.
