Mid Wales Welded Production is a family-run metal fabrication, powder coating and welding specialist. The business began trading 55 years ago and provides a unique and personal service to a long-standing clientele of repeat customers.
Mid Wales Welded Production attracted the interest of a corporate buyer and an existing customer of the business. Active in the same sector, the new owner plans to continue to provide excellent services and grow the business even further.
The Sales Negotiator stated: “I was very happy for our vendor to have completed the sale of his business and be able to retire. The vendor will oversee the transition to the buyer, an existing customer of the business who they know well which will ensure the business continues smoothly for their customers.”
