Altius Group are delighted to announce the sale of Warwick Steel Structures Ltd in the West Midlands to a corporate buyer.
Wishing to expand its current portfolio of businesses, Warwick Steel Structures sold to a well-established corporate buyer via Kings’ corporate sales process. During the sale, Kings reached out to a bespoke research list created by our experienced in-house researchers which helped secure the right buyer for the business.
Warwick Steel Structures, a well-established steel fabrication and installation business in Deppers Bridge, Southam, was established in 2001 by former director Tony Langford who helmed the business until deciding to retire. Under his leadership, the business quickly became successful within the steelwork industry establishing a diverse portfolio of completed projects.
During its 20-year trading history, the business became the preferred supplier for numerous blue-chip companies, forming long-standing relationships with several key clients.
